This course is open to everybody who wants to improve their overall wellbeing and manage stress in their lives. No previous experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.

The aim of the course is to help you develop some simple yet powerful techniques to balance your mindset, manage your stress and increase your wellbeing. This course uses a combination of evidence based stress management techniques, mindfulness, nutrition, and positive thinking to change your life for the better.
