James O’Sullivan has a long successful history of helping companies and organisations cultivate a sense of mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. He is passionate about health psychology and has developed many programmes, workshops and seminars that help organisations to promote staff resilience and wellbeing. He has completed training in MBSR and MBCT with the Centre for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School, founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn. James also holds qualifications in traditional Chinese medicine and is a visiting lecturer to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.
