Chicken Ginseng Qi Tonic Soup

Therapeutic Effects of this soup:

An excellent tonic to strengthen and nourish Qi (Qi Deficiency) of the whole body, promote vital fluids, and reinforce the spleen and lungs.


American ginseng slice – 15gm

1 fresh organic chicken thigh


  • Wash chicken thigh (you may remove skin and fat according to your requirements). Put in boiling water to cook for a few minutes, remove and rinse.
  • Put chicken and ginseng in a pot with about 6 cups of water.
  • Bring water to boil, remove foam and reduce heat to simmer for one and half hours to about one cup of soup.
  • Do not add any seasoning.
  • Eat soup and chicken an hour before dinner.


Recommend once every five days for at least a month.
